Patch 1

Yes, a patch, it fixes/changes the following things:
Door in ??? House no longer says its locked and instead says its jammed shut to avoid confusion.
Fixed a bug that prevented back tracking after the chase scene in Chapter 2
Fixed the title screen saying chapter 2 was complete
Didn't fix the issue with the game crashing after completing "Torture: The Fight"
